He is survived by : his mother Shirley Joan Shepherd (Adams); his stepfather Joe Phillip Shepherd of Odessa, MO; his children, Zachary Parshall of Florida and Kelly Michelle Parshall of Blue Springs, MO; and his sisters, Iris Hubbard of Milo, MO, Theresa Protenic of Kansas City, MO, Sheila Landes (Jim) of Blue Springs, MO and Darla Butler (Leon) of Grain Valley, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
