He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Dowell and Jeanette Dowell (Hoehn). He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Dowell of Odessa, MO, Jerry Hueckstaedt of Snohomish, WA, Sally Dowell of Wauconda, IL and Linda Winterroth of Fairfield Glade, TN. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, relatives, and friends.
