He is survived by : his fiancée Julia Roberta Watton of Odessa, MO; his children, Nicolle Williams (Alex) of Independence, MO, Deandra Skivers of Odessa, MO and William "Ricky" Fredrick Skivers III (Riley) of Warrensburg, MO; his grandchildren, Tristen Wrinkle, Leland Williams, William Fredrick Skivers, IV, Coray Skivers and Andy Skivers; his great grandchild Oliver; and his sisters, Lucinda Perez (Joe) of Lexington, MO, Julie Skivers of Kansas City, MO and Melissa Lamphere (Rickey) of Clinton, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
