She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zukowsky and Dorothy Zukowsky; and her brother Chris Laughlin. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Runge, Gail Fetsch (Allen) and Jessica Goodman (Jason); her siblings, Denny Laughlin (Donna), Kevin Laughlin (Gi-Gi) and Peggy Schulz (Gary); her sister-in-law Connie Laughlin; her grandchildren, Dawn (Aaron), Jacob (Sarah), Adele, Ciara (Matt), Dominique, Robert, Alexis, Natalie, Jace and Camden; and her great grandchildren, Seraphina, Talia, Silas, Ella, Milo, Amber and Violet.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America in Carol's honor, to continue the fight against the disease that touched her life.
