She was predeceased by: her parents, Furn Brockman and Gladys Brockman; and her siblings, Furn, Patty, Bobby, Tommy and Jane.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her children, Connie O'Brien (Ed), Tina House (Steve), Susan Kruse (Don), Spencer Smith (Carolyn) and Andy Smith; her grandchildren, Ed O'Brien (Sarah), Maggie Black (Lucas), Tricia Carter (Ryan), Colleen Lilley (Nathan), Natalie Smith (Chris), Amanda Casal (Daniele), Jean Wilke (Chad), Jane Boschert (Nick), Jonathon Miklas (Liz), Lizzie Twillman (John), Jessica Hibbler (Adam) and Morgan Underdown (John); her great grandchildren, Eddie, John, Mary, Anne, Sophie Jo, Asa, Gus, Jimmy, Clara Rose, Addison, Grace, Kaleb, Jackson, Samuel, Graham, Laney, William, Nora, Jacob, Charlotte, Adelle, Greer, Darcy, Violet, Julian, Elise and Jude; and her siblings, Virginia, Ted, Marilyn and Barney.
