Catherine Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Cook (OFallon, Missouri), who passed away on January 18, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zidzik and Elizabeth Zidzik. She is survived by: her children, Ryan Cook (Katie) and Caitlin Cook (Brett Meeks); her grandson Isaac Meeks; her sister Virginia Ray (Bob); her sister-in-law Ernestine Zidzik; and her former husband Scott Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other friends.
