With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Sue Waters of OFallon, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tipton and Rachael R. Tipton (Royalty); and her brother Bill Tipton. She is survived by: her husband Charles W. 'Bill Waters; her sons, Brent Waters (Melanie), Damon Waters and Jeffrey Waters; her grandchildren, Dylan Charles Waters, Andrew Jon William Waters and Paige Lauren Waters; her sister Nancy Schnoor; her sibling's children, Charlene Willis, Jim Tipton (Mary), David Tipton (Patti), Julie Royson, Peggy Schnoor and Lisa Schnoor; her cousin Larry Royalty (Susie); and her brother-in-law Delano Waters of Chicago.
