He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hickman and Annie Hickman; and his siblings, Neal Hickman and Gale Luetkenhaus. He is survived by: his wife Sue Leard Hickman; his children, Tim Hickman (Dawn) and Amy Davidson (Daniel); his grandsons, Brendon, Ian, Dylan, Alec, Benjamin and William; his brother Harold Hickman, Jr. (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Yvonne Hickman.
