He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Spain and Deborah Steed (Spain) of Ofallon; his grandparents, Edward Link, Dolly Link, Lloyd Diveley and Goldie Diveley; his aunts, Jackie, Carol, Sherry and Teri; his uncle David (Diveley); his stepbrother Kourtney Steed; his stepfather Robert Steed; his brother Michael Spain (Lois) of Cuba; his stepbrother Damion Usery; his stepgrandmother Carrie Steed of St Louis; and his cousin Joe Diveley (Jena Diveley).
He is survived by: his children, Amber, Steve, Allie and Dawson; and his close friend Elijah. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
