He was predeceased by: his daughter Mindy Henry; his parents, Donald Henry and Janace Henry; his siblings, Donna Dowling, Cheryl Flannery, Mark and John Henry; his grandson Brandon Lee Blankenship; and his great grandchild Kayden David Coleman-Henry.
He is survived by: his wife Tamra Henry; his sons, Joseph Henry (Casey) and Anthony Henry (Jenny); and his stepchildren, Michelle Taylor (Kurt), Joseph Meyers, Joshua Werremeyer (Amanda) and Andria Kreitler (Ian). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
