He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar R. Kelley and Maudie E. Kelley; and his daughter Jill LaRose. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lisa Kelley; his daughters, Amber Keys (Bill), Cynthia Eckstein (Justin) and Deborah Scharlott (Dan); his grandchildren, Desiree LaRose, Noah LaRose and Hannah LaRose; and his pets, Ella and Ziva. He is also survived by many other grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
If preferred, memorials may be made in David's name to the American Cancer Society.
