He was predeceased by: his parents, Orson Leuellen and Maxine Leuellen; his son Chad Hackman; and his sibling Jerry Leuellen. He is survived by: his wife Paula F. Leuellen; his children, Jessica Ferguson (Rick) and Courtney Leuellen; his grandchildren, Dylan Wright, Luke Wright, Brodie Wright, Cooper Wright, Cody Denault and Eli Ferguson; and his siblings, Cary Embick (Gary) and Mark Leuellen (Lania).
