He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Boulch and Delphia Boulch. He is survived by: his children, Tim Boulch (Linda), Jill Esslinger and Susie Arnholz (Ginny Harris); his grandchildren, Josh Schlater (Cindi), Tim Boulch Jr., Justin Tuttle, Sam Arnholz (Becca), Sarah Arnholz and Emily Robinett (Isaac); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Tuttle, Eliza and Aiden Robinett; his brother Tom Boulch (late Jan); and his sibling-in-law Gerry Essary (Donna).
