He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosella Casper of Virginia and Howard Russell Casper. He is survived by: his wife Vicki L. Casper; his children, Jeremy L. Casper (Tricia D.) and Jennifer L. Toth (Bret A.); his grandchildren, Kamryn R. Toth and Xander L. Toth; and his brothers, John Marshall Casper and Thomas Roger Casper (Cindy). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
