It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jane Ballard (OFallon, Missouri), who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her significant other Connie Franklin Ballard; and her parents, Leslie Elizabeth Scarborough (McBride) and Claude.
