He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Luedke (Jeff) and Linda Sherman; his grandchildren, Shane Sherman, Michelle Burgess (Doug), Stacy Sherman and Melissa Gilbert (Brendan); and his great grandchildren, Kyle Cooper, Kole Cooper, Seara Sherman, Landon Gilbert, Samantha Sherman, Ben Gilbert, Brady Burgess and Lucy Burgess.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2800 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
