She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Hooker Sr.; her parents, Frank Glastetter and Clara Glastetter; and her son Richard A. Hooker. She is survived by: her sons, John W. Hooker Jr. (Judith), Ronald J. Hooker (Barbara) and James E. Hooker (Paula); her child-in-law Jan Hooker; and her sister Virginia Uptain.
