He was predeceased by: his father Gary Ray Sharp; his aunts, Barbara Baldwin, Louise Hemenway and Judy Watson; his uncle Eddie Hemenway; and his grandparents, Marcella Janney, Wilma Watson, Hilton Wagie and Albert Sharp.

He is survived by: his mother Dona Jean Sharp; his sister Lorie Jean Sharp; his son Gary Curtis Sharp; his uncle Tom Baldwin; and his cousins, Teresa Baldwin, Tammy Baldwin Glick, Sean Hemenway and Jeff Hemenway.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to the Humane Society of Missouri.
