He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Jensen and Bernita Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jensen; his children, Michael S. Jensen (Denah), Angela Crook (Alan) and Pamela Minor (James); and his grandchildren, Danielle Hanson (Jeremy), Logan Minor, Justin Crook (Lyndsi), Jessica Jones (Michael), Tyler Jensen (Bria), Mikayla Raney (Austin) and Jarred Minor. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
