She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald L. Hagan; her parents, Leo Novak and Francis Novak; and her siblings, Leo Novak (Jan) and Dorothy Ryan (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hagan (Vivian), Don Hagan (Laura), Deann Rateliff (late Tim) and Ron Hagan (Leisa); her grandchildren, Robbie, Josh, Terry, Paige, Tarah and Ashley; and her sister Denise Novak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
