She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Mike Lesch; her parents, Edna Hast and Harry Hast; her children, Dale Lesch and Cindy Barry; her grandchildren, Samantha Schurwan, Brandon Barry and Kade Barry (Mia); her great grandchildren, Eris Schurwan, Lilith Schurwan and Ezra Schurwan; her siblings, David Hast (Clara) and Linda Bowman; and her pet Chloe.

Memorials may be made in Jo Ann's name to Alzheimer's Association and The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
