He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Shine Jr. and Alice C. Shine; and his siblings, Bridget Bauman and Tim Shine. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Carol Shine of O'Fallon; his daughters, Kerri Shine, Amy Hennessy (Dennis) and Mary Robert (Randy); his grandchildren, Heather Blankenship, Holly Patrick, Nicholas Daleo, Brittany Payne, Kalen Riley, Mia Robert and Ava Robert; his great grandchildren, Elliott, Brock, Vivian, Declan and Suzanne; and his brother William Shine III.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
