He is survived by: his children, Carrie Rogers (Finley), Michael Finley (Laurie Finley), Jason Finley and Kevin Finley; his grandchildren, Gabriella Rogers, Timothy Rogers and Rebekah Finley; and his siblings, James Finley (Cheryl Finley), Robert Finley (Sharon Finley), Lylia (Wideman), Altom (James Altom), Jesse Wideman (Barb Wideman), Paul Finley, Jr., Paula Rose (Finley), Disalvo (Henry Disalvo), Becky (Finley) and Devereaux (Dennis Devereaux). He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
