He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ovid Phillips and Margaret Agnes Phillips; and his daughter Maureen Theresa Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Rose Phillips; his children, James Brennan Phillips and Charlie Phillips; his siblings, Joan Noser, Steve Phillips (Connie), Dan Phillips, Michael Phillips, Peggy Kuehner (Ed), Maureen Mitchell, Madeleine Chavez (Andy) and Bob Phillips (Janice); his friend Linda; his sister-in-law Pat; Maureen.
