He is survived by: his wife Patricia Chorzel; his children, Diane Chorzel, Judy Lampe (Mitchell), John Chorzel (Karen), Elizabeth Brown (Greg) and Paula Sullivan (Scott); his grandchildren, Ryan Lampe (Katie), Douglas Lampe (Andrea), Peter Lampe (MacKenzie), Jordan Lampe, Natalie Prosperi (Matt), Hope Chorzel, Joseph Chorzel, Jacob Brown (Jess), Luke Brown, Michael Brown, William Sullivan and Charlotte Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell and Owen Lampe.
