She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schweiger and Mary Gatz; her stepfather Ted Gatz; her brother Kenneth Schweiger; and her grandson David Jairus Lunsford III.
She is survived by: her husband Dave Lunsford; her children, David Lunsford II (Valerie) of Boss, MO and Crystal Botkin (Dean) of Festus, MO; her grandchildren, Hunter Lunsford, Evan Botkin and Ethan Botkin; her siblings, Walter Schweiger (Susan), Ronald Schweiger (Dianne) and Laura Vigil (Wil); and her sister-in-law Debbie Schweiger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
