He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Dobbins and Bertha Dobbins; his wife Margaret Mangrum Dobbins; and his siblings, Sallee Dobbins, Eugene Dobbins, Glenn Dobbins and Irene Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Minton (Justin) of St. Peters, Missouri; his grandson David Minton (Katie) of St. Charles, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Lorelei Minton and Cullen Minton.
