He was predeceased by : his parents, Albenis Broeker and Viola Broeker; his daughter Kimberly Kay March (late Craig L.); and his siblings, William Broeker, Wanda Haynes, Carol Mackenberg and Beverly Lafalce.

He is survived by : his wife Rita Ann Broeker.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - O'Fallon (311 Wood St, O'Fallon, MO 63366). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials may be made in Lester's name to Charity of Choice.
