He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Lambert; his parents, Melvin S. Lambert and Stella M. Lambert; and his son Donald Lambert. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Lambert (Betty), Daniel Lambert (Marcia), Dawn Lambert-LeCroy (Timothy), Dara Bickel (Keith) and Dyan McCulloch (Paul).

Memorials may be made in Loyal's name to American Heart Association.
