He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward Kitchen and Elsie Margaret Kitchen; and his siblings, Floyd Kitchen (late Wilma), Edward Kitchen and Ruth Cartwright (late Norman).
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Kitchen; his children, Kenny White, Robert White, Marlene Kitchen, Kelly Fleites (George) and Marsha Culpepper (Micah); his grandchildren, Kyle White, Nathan Bragee, Evan Bragee, Maddox White, Jovanni Fleites, Austin Culpepper, Aidan Culpepper, Racheal Bragee, Alivia White, Gianna Fleites and Ava Culpepper; his sister Charlene Kauffman (late Tony); and his nephews, Michael and David Howell. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
