She was predeceased by: her daughter Charleen Tumminello (late Anthony); her great grandchild Ricky Duncan; her parents, Charles Koehler and Ethel Gilbert (William); and her siblings, Della Dye, Florence Altadonna, Katherine Schleuter, Fred Koehler and Adrian Koehler.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Snell (late Jim); her grandsons, Rick Duncan (Cindy) and John Duncan (Gina); her great grandchildren, Heather Silverberg (Tim), Shannon Duncan and Kelsey Duncan; and her great great grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Reese, Lillian and Blaine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
