He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jean Deterding; his children, Crystal Dempsey (Alan), Matthew Deterding, Teresa Hann (Dorena) and Amy Harl (Jason); and his grandchildren, Joshua Dobyns, Kaitlyn Dobyns, Andrew Dobyns, Jacob Harl, Lilly Harl, Alex Riedy, Logan Harl and Mason Harl. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
