He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Joshua and Robert Bertram. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joanne (Kitley); his children, Mark Bertram (Kathy), Deanna Moenster (Bart), Kim, Sue Bischoff (Steve), John Bertram and Kathy Leffler (Chip); and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Cassaday (Leo). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
