He was predeceased by: his parents, Neva Dunn and Thoburn Moyer; his daughter Mindy Gable; his sister Joan Fryman; and his brother-in-law Virgil Fryman.

He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Martin (Jason) and Laura Susic (Mike); his grandchildren, Jesse, Nick, Raegen, Brady, Brooke and Landon; and his sisters, Sue Reinhardt (John) and Janet Dunn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
