She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Velker; her parents, Toni Hinkle and Robert Smith; her children, Brooke Jones (Daniel), Courtney Smith (Tyler), Taylor Wiss (Gavin), Mimi, Bennett, Oliver, Hayden, Brynlee, Everett and Quinn; and her siblings, Debbie Gibbs and Dwayne Wafe (Carol). She was also cherished by husband and wife, they were true partners.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - O'Fallon (311 Wood St, O'Fallon, MO 63366). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Robin's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
