He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Tutt" Scott and Judith M. Scott; and his sibling Wendal Scott. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann Scott; his children, Rhonda Lane (Jeff), Randy Scott (Diane), Richard Scott (Margaret) and Rodney Scott (Bethany); and his brothers, Billy Scott (Claudia) and Jack Scott (Nanci). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
