He is survived by: his wife Sherry McElya; his children, Stephen Heskett (Melissa), Russell Heskett (Samantha), Melinda Alspaugh (Bart) and Stephanie Mangiapane (Christopher); his grandchildren, Devyn Heskett (Chase Webb), Kortnie O'Brien (Jonathon), Jarred Kues, Kendall Heskett and Ashley Kues; his great grandchildren, Maxine Webb and Sophia O'Brien; his sibling Laurie McElya; and his pet Elvis.
