With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel R. Hampton of OFallon, Missouri, born in Dade City, Florida, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emerson Hampton and Thelma Hampton; and his children, Ricky Lynn Hampton and Edith Lori Ann Jansen. He is survived by: his wife Lula Ailene Hampton; his son Tony Lee Hampton, Sr.; and his grandchildren, John Hampton, Monica Hampton, Mike Potter, Tony Hampton, Jr. (TJ), Michelle Hampton, Samantha Hampton, Tamara Hampton, Eric Jansen, Scott Jansen and Crystal Jansen (Becker).
