He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice and Claud; and his nephew Matthew. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Ford (Chase); his wife Mary Wade; his grandchildren, Callen and Elowyn; and his brother Mark (Julie). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
