Green Sr. and Carol Sue Green; his children, Addyson Green and Austin Green; his brother Butch Green (Katie); his parents-in-law, Lou and Barb Matusofsky; his brother-in-law Sam Matusofsky (Kellie); his nieces, Sarah and Kaitlyn; and his son Steve.
