He is survived by: his children, Deborah Stelzer (Ryan), Michael Whitman (Tina), Kevin Jelinek (Danielle) and Randy Hawkes; his grandchildren, Damian, Destiny, Ryder, Colin, Cameron, Kaley, Karlee, Kyle, Fischer, Nivek, Rebecca, Colton and Kaitlin; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Caleb and Haiden; and his sister Debbie Martin (Mike).
