Susan Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Susan Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Lawrence Lowe, Jr.; and her parents, Milton Eugene Garcia and Alvina Anna Garcia. She is survived by: her daughter Laura Marie Sternberg (Scott); and her grandsons, Colin William Sternberg and Kaden Scott Sternberg.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Jefferson Barrack National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
