Jorgenson (Scott) and William J. Potts (Stacey); her sisters, Betty Pratt and Kathy Potts; her grandchildren, Paul (Chelsea), Kyle, Caleb, Cody, Alex (Amber), Elise, Daniel, Andrew (Majesta) and Alyson; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Hallie, Grady, Cameron and Theodore.
Memorials may be made in Terry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
