With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Shepherd of OFallon, Missouri, who passed away on August 26, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Thomas may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Shepherd and Veda Malone Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Janice Shepherd; his children, Jeana Newbauer (Eric) and Tom H. Shepherd II of Bethesda; his grandchildren, Samantha (Harry), Sydney, Nicholas and Delaney; his brother Phil L. Shepherd of New Hope; and his great grandchild Blakely.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's honor to The American Cancer Society or Missouri Botanical Gardens.
