He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Donald Tyree and Dr. Carolyn Tyree; and his stepbrother Paul Tyree. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tyree of O'Fallon, Missouri; his daughters, Tamara Favazza (Patrick) and Lauren Tyree (Nicholas Zvorak); his brother Thomas Tyree (Christy); his grandchildren, Ava, Giada, Vincent, Francesca, Milana and Zachary; his nieces, Brittany Ransom (Tim) and Lindsay Madej (Adam); his great-nephews, Collin and Jack; and his stepmother Sherry Tyree.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Masses or St. Vincent DePaul at St. Gianna Catholic Church.
