She is survived by: her parents, Bill Morgan and Bev Morgan; her boyfriend Dylan Rumfelt of Old Appleton, MO; her daughter Marley Sage Rumfelt; and her siblings, Eric Morgan (Brandie) of Perryville, MO, Shawna Matheny (Brian) of Paducah, KY and Amanda Lewis (Robert) of Cape Girardeau, MO.
