With sadness, we share the passing of Leona Ida Forbeck of Old Monroe, Missouri. Leona passed away on June 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Uthe and Bertha Anna Dickmeyer Uthe; her siblings, Albert Uthe, Edwin Uthe and Elsie Uthe; and her daughter Dorothy Himmel.
She is survived by: her children, James Forbeck (Paulette Doerhoff) of Old Monroe, Delmar Forbeck (Barbara) of Old Monroe, Dennis Forbeck (Sharon) of McDonald, TN, Darrell Forbeck (Lori) of Old Monroe and Norma Luck (Lyn) of Troy, MO; and her son-in-law Marvin Himmel of Moscow Mills, MO.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great- grandchildren.
