He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ann (Jobe); his children, Angie Bittle (Jim) of Rocky Mount, Julie Ann Wood (Bill) of Holts Summit, William Douglas (Alana) of Jefferson City and Michael Jason (Dawn) of Indianapolis, IN; his brothers, Bob Whitehead (Maryjane) and Ben Whitehead (Phyllis) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Jayme Cummings (Adam), Billy, Cora Wood, Megan (Lee), Ross Whitehead, Claire and Sydney Whitehead; and his great grandchildren, Lennon Cummings and Willow Thomas.
