He is survived by: his mother Nina Atwell (Burks); his wife Christina; his children, Madison, Bryan (Christina), Halla (Micheal) and Brandon (Olean); his grandchildren, Kendra and J. R.; his sisters, Lorna Mundwiller (Rolla) and Jody McCarty (Jefferson City); and his mother-in-law Sharon Phillips (Eldon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
