He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Raisa Miretskaya; his children, Svetlana Miretsky (Gennady Kleydman) and Ludmila Apter (Michael); his grandchildren, Anna Kleydman (Josh Hill), Eugene and Artur Apter; and his great grandchildren, Nathan and Monica Apter.
